| Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are unhappy with any purchase, we will gladly take back any product under the following conditions:
* All returns must be pre-approved and issued a Return Authorization (RA) number.
To receive your RA number, please contact info@bonnidee.com or 514-697-1184.
* Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All packages must be prepaid. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
* All returns will only be credited back to the credit card originally used for purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoiced date.
* Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.
* We suggest that you send your return by traceable carrier in the event that the package is lost.
* We are not responsible for lost packages.
* There is a 20% restocking charge.
* All returns must be in the original packaging and include original packing slip.
* Products that have been used will not be credited.
For merchandise returned after the 30 days period will only be issued store credit. |
